Since 2001, Natalia Pedroza has turned her love for the culinary arts into a strong and focused career. Natalia credits her passion for cooking to growing up in a family where the kitchen was the heart and soul of everyday life. Natalia's decision to attend one of the most prestigious culinary arts schools in California proved to be a most rewarding and profitable decision, both professionally and personally. As the Executive Catering Chef of a private catering firm in Los Angeles , Natalia planned events, tailored custom menus and executed meals for clients ranging from high end celebrities to groups of 500 and more. It was there where she gained the experience needed to run a successful kitchen and have the confidence to be creative and unique with each client's wants and needs. Natalia then went on to manage one of the most popular bakery-cafe's in Pasadena , where she learned the business aspect of the hospitality industry and rounded out her position in this business. Today, Natalia's clients benefit from years of dedication, education, experience, and a true passion for making every plate and event a memorable and unique experience. |
